Let the Lonesome Dove Western Bistro take care of your
private dining arrangements. We are able to
accommodate groups from 1 - 400 and have hosted events for
many of Dallas / Fort Worth's Fortune 100 & 500 companies,
wedding receptions, graduation parties, and even charity
fundraising galas.

prompt service, a pre-set menu is required for all private
parties.

Your menu selection should be submitted two weeks prior to
the scheduled event. The Lonesome Dove is always willing to
accommodate dietary restrictions.
Beverage and Bar Set Up:
All beverages are priced per consumption. We recommend that
you make wine selections in advance to ensure availability
for your entire party.
The Trail Room
The Trail Room is our most intimate of private dining areas.
This room is adorned with a hand painted map of the mythical
Lonesome Dove Trail and original 1920 hardwood floors. The
Trail Room is perfect for a casual gathering or boardroom
style dining. (Seats up to 25)
The Dove Lease
This room accommodates up to 60 seated guests. There are two
large barn doors that open out to a covered deck that
overlooks the Marine Creek. The Lease adjoins the Main
Dining Room but also has a separate entrance for those
special occasion parties. Western décor adorns The Dove
Lease, with paintings by local artists and a turn of the
century round bar. This perfectly quaint room is sure to
enhance your next group function.
La Cava
Located underground, La Cava has a glass wall that runs the
length of the room, showcasing our stellar wine cellar. The
elegance of the extensive wine cellar as well as the soft
lighting creates a fabulous ambience for your dinner party.
This room holds up to 60 persons.
The Dove Verandah
Our covered outdoor dining patio is complete with open air deck and
overlooks the historic Marine Creek river walk and Chef Love’s private garden.
Enjoy scenic views of the Stockyards and the lights of downtown under the climate controlled canopy.
Arrangements can be made for live regional Texas music artists to perform as well as a wooden dance floor to entertain your guests.
It can accommodate up to 60 persons.
Chef Tim Love's Love Shack Stockyards
The "coolest" hotspot in the Stockyards, Chef Tim Love's new
restaurant is fun for the whole family! Featuring Chef
Love's specialty gourmet hamburgers and with a wide array of
cold beverages, the Love Shack has been rated 3 stars by the
Dallas Morning News & the Fort Worth Star-Telegram called
the Dirty Love Burger the "most perfect burger on the
planet" The
Love Shack can seat 100 people for dinner or a social event
of 200 people.

Chef Tim Love's Love Shack So7 at Trinity Park
Located in the So7 development off Fort Worth’s 7th Street
featuring indoor and outdoor seating complete with live
music stage and lounge area, making it perfect for parties.
The So7 Shack offers all the menu items as the original
Shack with such additions as appetizers and salads, as well
as a full-fledged cocktail bar. The outdoor patio at
the Love Shack can accommodate 100 seated and 200 standing.
The private room will seat up to 25.

The White Elephant Saloon - Wild Game Room
The crown jewel of the Fort Worth Stockyards is the
legendary White Elephant Saloon. Featuring our
upstairs parlor room, we can accommodate over 100 guests for
any variety of party, concert, or dinner event.
Offering a true glimpse to the days of the Wild West , this
room has a fully stocked bar & an adjacent patio with a
great view of the Stockyards. A custom menu can be
created by Chef Love for any event at the White Elephant
Saloon.

The White Elephant Saloon - VIP Room
The White Elephant Saloon’s VIP Room includes leather
banquette seating for up to 20. Enjoy a view from a
two-way mirror of the band and dance floor. Listen to
the live band or your own music from the surround sound
stereo, or watch the large flat screen TV with DVD player
available. For your convenience a private entrance is
available as well as valet service for $10 per car.

Guarantee: A guaranteed
number is due no later than 5 business days prior to your
event and is not subject to reduction after that time. If
your party falls below the guaranteed number on the day of
your event, you will be charged for the guaranteed number.
If no guaranteed number is given by phone or in writing, the
highest number shown on your reservation contract will be
applied to your charges.
Deposit and Payment: A
contract must be signed and returned to the Lonesome Dove to
confirm your event space. No reservation is final until this
contract is received.
Gratuity: For private
events held at the Lonesome Dove, a 20% service charge will
be added to your final bill to accommodate the service
staff.
